Welcome to CRS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site") operated by CRS · Fine Stone & Surfaces ("CRS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What this Site is — and isn't

CRS is a wholesale distributor of natural stone and fine engineered surfaces. This Site is an informational showcase: you can browse our gallery and inventory, learn about materials, and book a free, no-obligation consultation.

This Site is not an online store. It does not display retail pricing, and you cannot buy, order, reserve, or place a hold on any material through the Site. We supply full slabs; we do not fabricate or install — that work is done by your chosen fabricator. Any purchase or wholesale arrangement is handled directly and in person with our team, subject to a separate agreement.

Inventory and material information

Natural stone is a product of the earth. Color, veining, pattern, and finish vary from slab to slab and from lot to lot, and photographs and screens cannot perfectly reproduce a physical slab. Inventory shown on the Site is provided for general reference, may not reflect real-time availability, and is subject to change or prior sale without notice. We encourage you to view any material in person before making a decision. Specifications, descriptions, and any care or performance information on the Site are general guidance only and are not a warranty or guarantee of any specific durability, stain-, heat-, or scratch-resistance, or performance for a particular slab or project.

Consultations and bookings

Consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation to purchase. When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact details. Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled by you (via the link in your confirmation email) or by us. Walk-ins are welcome during showroom hours.

AI tools

The Site may offer AI-assisted features (such as stone questions, mood boards, or visual matching). These are provided for convenience and inspiration only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are provided "as is" with no warranty. They are not professional design, engineering, or purchasing advice — please confirm anything important with our team in person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping or harvesting data at scale, submitting false information, using the forms to send spam, or using the Site in violation of any law. We may limit or suspend access to protect the Site and our users.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by CRS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without our written permission. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
