Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to provide when you use our forms — specifically:
- Booking a viewing: your name, email address, phone number, and any note you add.
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
We only ask for what we need to respond to you and to schedule and manage a consultation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information in server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and site operation.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages visitors find useful. Plausible is a privacy-friendly service that sets no cookies, does not track visitors across websites, and does not collect or store any personal or identifying information. We do not use advertising cookies or social-media pixels on this site. We also set a private, secure session cookie for our own staff to sign in to the site’s administration tools; it is never set on a visitor’s browser.
We also use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to measure how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies on your browser and processes a truncated (anonymized) version of your IP address. You can opt out at any time using Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

- Consultation reminders: every reminder relates to a viewing you booked; you can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation email, or reply to any message and ask us to stop.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
Children
Our site is intended for a general business and design audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our site may link to third-party sites (for example, our manufacturing partners). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.
